The prices include all consumption (electricity, water, gas, heating / air conditioning, wifi), linen (sheets, towels, cutlery dryer with weekly change and on request midweek of the towels), final cleaning.
Free of charge, subject to availability: camping cots, high chairs, baby bathtubs and children's sides for single beds.

Check-out: by 10.00
For late arrivals, agreed and no later than 11 pm, a supplement of € 50 will be applied.
The payment of the stay must take place upon delivery of the keys.
For reservations in periods of high tourist influx, a deposit of 30% of the amount is required; it is possible to cancel the reservation or change the dates of the stay up to 30 days before arrival.
For reservations during the low season, for stays of up to 2 weeks, no deposit is required. The tourist tax, in force from April 1st to October 31st, is not included in our prices.
